    But yeah, i know a dude that is extremely fat, as he ate too damn much. He ate 4300 cal a day in his worst times. He’s head is screwed though..

  22. dude this is fun, lol. you can feel the burn after about 7 – 15 of them rite in your abdominal area/ lower back. I combined 30 of those reverse couch crunches with 30 cross-leged push ups, some stretches, than another 20 reverse crunches. I feel great and well..fit! even though i just did it! My combination takes about 10-13 minutes but eh, it’s freaking worth it guys!

  25. you’re totally right. the abs will tone up and push the fat out even more, making you look fatter. If you want to have a flat belly you must diet, do cardio exercises and abs and some other muscle exercises. This one is for the lower abs, but it wont help if one keeps eating 5000 calories a day
