Though I expect to be very sore tomorrow, it’s one of those things, you feel fine that day but when you wake up the following day you are sore as crap! P90X still rocks me to this day. What I love about the P90X workout is that you can constantly increase weight reps to increase intensity. You really can never max out, the only thing that may happen is you may get bored.
